About this experience
Ten days gives you time to see Uganda's primates and its savannah parks without rushing. You track white rhino on foot at Ziwa, spend two nights at Murchison Falls for a game drive and a boat trip to the foot of the falls, then move south to Kibale for chimpanzees. Queen Elizabeth National Park follows, with lion tracking on the Kasenyi Plains and a Kazinga Channel cruise, before two nights near Bwindi for your gorilla trek. The trip winds down at Lake Mburo with a boat trip and a final game drive before the drive back to Entebbe.

Common questions
Is there a minimum age for gorilla trekking?+
Yes. The Uganda Wildlife Authority sets a minimum age of 15. Treks can involve several hours of steep, muddy walking, so good boots and a reasonable level of fitness help.
What is the difference between the two options?+
Both follow the same core route. The upmarket option uses a higher standard of lodge and adds a game drive in Ishasha and a night at Lake Bunyonyi. If you would like to mix and match, message us and we'll quote it.
Is this a private trip?+
Yes. You have your own vehicle and guide, and nobody else joins. The route and lodges can be adjusted on request.
