Copyright and takedown requests

The text, itineraries, logo and design of www.bookaratours.com belong to Bookara Tours and Safaris Ltd. You're welcome to link to any page or share it; please don't copy our itineraries or content wholesale onto another site.
Photos and fonts
- Most wildlife and landscape photos are licensed from Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash under their free commercial licences. Photos of our own vehicles are ours.
- Stock photos illustrate the places we visit; they aren't photos from our own guests' trips.
- Our typeface, Outfit, is used under the SIL Open Font License.
Reporting a copyright problem
If you believe something on our site uses your work without permission, email hello@bookaratours.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name and contact details;
- the work you own, and the link to the page on our site where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We'll acknowledge your notice within 5 working days and remove or replace the material while we look into it. This follows the notice-and-takedown approach of the US DMCA and Kenya's Copyright Act.
