The plan, day by day
From pickup to drop-off — exactly what your trip looks like.
Short flight Nairobi → Diani (Ukunda) or Mombasa, met and transferred to the Baobab Beach Resort & Spa. Check in, and the rest of the day is yours — the pools, the spa, or straight onto the sand. All meals and local drinks are included from the moment you arrive.
A lazy beach morning, then an afternoon dhow cruise — sail the lagoon, snorkel the reef, and anchor at a sand bar for sundowners as the sky turns pink. Back to the resort for dinner.
Boat trip down to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park to snorkel coral gardens with turtles and dolphins, with a Swahili seafood lunch on Wasini Island. Evening back at the resort — a spa treatment or a quiet drink on the terrace.
A full day at leisure, nothing scheduled — sleep in, book a spa treatment, try the watersports off the beach, or do gloriously little between the pool and the ocean. All meals and local drinks included, as ever.
A final swim and breakfast on the beach, then transfer to the airport and the flight back to Nairobi.

What does all-inclusive at the Baobab cover?+
All your meals across the resort's restaurants, local branded drinks (beers, spirits, soft drinks, wine), and most resort activities and entertainment. Premium imported drinks, specialty à-la-carte dining and off-site excursions (like the dhow and Kisite trips, which we include separately) sit outside it.
When is the best time for the coast?+
December to March is hot, dry and gorgeous; July to October is cooler and pleasant. Avoid the April–June long rains when the sea can be churned up and seaweed washes in. The reef keeps the swimming calm year-round.
Can I combine this with a safari?+
That's exactly what most guests do — a few nights in the Mara, Amboseli or Tsavo, then fly to Diani to unwind. Tell us your safari and we'll bolt the beach on seamlessly with the right connecting flight.
Is Diani good for families and non-swimmers?+
Very — the reef makes a calm, shallow lagoon that's safe for kids, and the Baobab has pools and a kids' club too. Snorkelling is gentle, and the dhow cruise suits all ages.
