Drive north past the flanks of Mount Kenya to Samburu. Afternoon game drive along the river for the northern specials.
A full day in the reserve — reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, elephant at the water and leopard in the palms. An optional Samburu village visit.
South to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy for an afternoon drive. Visit the rhino sanctuary and the last northern white rhinos.
A full day at the conservancy — rhino, big cats, the chimpanzee sanctuary, and an optional rhino-tracking walk or night game drive.
A final morning drive, then the drive back to Nairobi (about three and a half hours).
