Drive south to Amboseli. Afternoon game drive — first elephants within the hour, Kili catching the evening light.
Sunrise drive for clear Kilimanjaro, then the big elephant herds in the swamps. Observation Hill at sunset.
Morning drive, then fly to the coast. Transfer to your Diani beachfront resort for the first toes-in-the-sand evening.
A slow beach day, then an afternoon dhow cruise — snorkel the reef, sundowners on a sand bar.
Boat trip to snorkel with turtles and dolphins, with a Swahili seafood lunch on Wasini Island.

Why fly between the safari and the beach?+
It's a long drive from Amboseli to Diani; the internal flight turns most of a day on the road into a short hop, so you get more beach and less transfer. It's built into this package.
Is this good for families?+
Ideal — Amboseli has short, productive drives and the Diani reef makes a calm, shallow lagoon that's safe for kids. We pick family-friendly properties with pools.
When should we go?+
December to March for hot, dry beach weather and clear Kili; July to October is cooler and also excellent. We avoid the April–June long rains on the coast.
